How and when is my flooring delivered?

If your purchased flooring was in stock the order will be processed the same day payment is approved. Delivery will generally be made within 3 working days to capital cities, regional and remote areas including WA and NT will take longer.

Delivery will be made by truck and hand unloaded to the ground from where the truck is parked. Please ensure that there is someone onsite to assist driver and to take delivery of products. If there is nobody present and delivery cannot be made drivers will wait 20 minutes and then return to depot and a re-delivery fee may apply.

 Deliveries will be made during normal business hours and your supplied contact number will be called the morning of delivery.

What if my selected flooring is not in stock?

If your selected flooring is not in stock your flooringsales.com.au operator will give you an approximate availability date. Once your flooring is available for purchase you will receive a call advising of an available delivery date.

Does my flooring come with a warranty?

All new flooring comes with the standard manufacturers warranty. Carpets purchased on the "Specials" page do not come with a warranty.

 Be sure to follow the installation instructions which can be found by following the manufacturers link on our home page. Incorrect installation can void warranties - if you are in doubt it is best to hire a professional for installation.

What do I do if I have measured incorrectly and I am short of flooring?

If you make a mistake with your measurements you will need to purchase the additional amount and a new delivery fee will apply.If you purchase from the "Specials" range there is a chance, there will be no further stock available on these lines.

If the additional amount is available it should be delivered in the same amount of time as the original order. To save time and money you are best to "measure twice and order once" as the saying goes.

There are a number of videos on-line showing how to measure for square metres but if in doubt call a professional to come out and measure up.

Can flooringsales.com.au arrange installation?

Are samples available?

Samples are not available from flooringsales.com.au. Please refer to the manufacturer's website as samples of selected ranges may be available directly from them.
